NIMET - Nichrist Institute of Management and Engineering Technology (Pty) Ltd was established on 21st February 2017. The Institution was founded on the grounds of: • contributing to the establishment of employment • introducing of scarce skills for the industry and business establishment • involvement in the fight against poverty • and development of humanitarian. NIMET is bound to the principle that the life of this world is meaningful by what we give to the world for the generations to come which is giving with full heart, enriched by honest service, love, sacrifice and courage.

• Institutional Goals & Outcomes

The Institution’s success of the education system is fundamental to achieving the goals (objectives), outcomes and maintaining values as out lined below. It has been analysed that if the education system itself is not directly concerned in the achievement of a goal or outcome, it is the students who are the product of that system who will determine whether or not it is achieved. The education system is the one that ensures and increases the capacity and quality. Therefore, the Proposed Operation Strategy described in the annexures to follow, must support and feed into the National Development Plan to achieve the Institution’s targets.

Goals

Goal 1 The institution that support prudent economic management, sustained growth, a diversified economy and the generation of employment opportunities and Entrepreneurs / business driven mind in the Industry.

Goal 2 Contribution to human development and improved quality of life of all people in South Africa and the rest of the world.

Goal 3 NIMET works within the sector of sustainable development and appropriate strategies for skill development and Youth development mitigation system.

Goal 5 To be an institution that is sustainable to the growing population

Goal 4 Aiming for efficient, responsive and accountable system of governance and public service

Outcomes

Outcome 1 Contributing to a diversified economy with sustained economic growth and enabling industries to a high quality Learners with well structure communication system.

Outcome 2 A well developed and effective education and training system, that produces well rounded , and qualified life-long learners Effective social protection.

Outcome 3 Long term improvement of the state of environmental resources. Effective skill development and Youth development mitigation system, response and recovery at the national and community levels.

Outcome 5 A stable and viable training institution that meets population appropriate to the development needs of South Africa and in any part of the world were involved.

Outcome 4 A transparent and effective accountability framework within the government Education and public sector. A modernized, efficient, responsiveness and accountability to public services.
